Office Hours: Unfortunately, Sunday and Holiday hours have been suspended for now.
This practice has always made Sunday mornings, as well as holidays, available to our patients for urgent care visits. We have always submitted a separate fee along with the office visit to insurance companies for these visits. These hours do not fall within regular office hours. You should contact your insurance to inquire about any balance they deem patient responsibility.
Mondays through Saturdays we do check-ups/physicals. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to all visits. There is a charge for missed appointments not cancelled the day before. Please call between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. to assure being seen that day. Please do not walk-in without an appointment.
Office phones open daily at 8:30 a.m. – a pediatric nurse is available to answer questions and give advice. Please try to call after 8:30 a.m. for advice. If it is an emergency and cannot wait until then, please call our regular phone number (301) 681-7020 and a recording will give you the phone number of the doctor on-call.
We are open Monday – Saturday:
– Mon-Fri: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
– Saturday: 8 :30 a.m. – noon
After Hour Calls – PLEASE LISTEN TO THE VOICEMAIL CAREFULLY
Each day one of the physicians is on call. If your question is urgent and cannot wait until we reopen at 8:30 a.m. please listen to the message and then call the on-call doctor.
For LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCIES please call 911: then call us so we can help you until help arrives. For ALL OTHER PROBLEMS please call us first – we can often suggest ways to make your child more comfortable until the next day. Please don’t go directly to an Emergency Room or urgent care center – we can direct you to the best place to go based on your child’s problem.
Again WELCOME!! We look forward to a long and healthy relationship!
